HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our 360 team, partnering across Sales and Creative in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment. This hands‑on role will help leaders build high‑performing, adaptable teams by providing confidence, clarity and speed to people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Creative leaders to understand business needs and translate them into HR solutions.
• Strengthen performance, team effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Develop and deliver scalable learning and development programmes that support growth.
• Coach managers to enhance their capability and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Provide guidance on people decisions, including talent acquisition, performance management and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑moving, commercial environment.
• Strong background in learning and development, people development or capability building.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
