HR Business Partner – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong passion for Learning and Development to join a successful manufacturing organisation in Birmingham. Reporting to the HR Director, you will help shape the people agenda to support business objectives while working on‑site three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
• Co‑develop and implement the site L&D strategy, covering talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Design, deliver and facilitate learning solutions, including leadership and management programmes.
• Collaborate with external providers to source specialised training.
• Embed a business‑partnering approach across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering L&D programmes, especially around leadership and talent development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
