About the role
We are looking for an early‑career HR professional to join our London office and support the UK people function. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the US HR team, hiring managers and operational heads, providing day‑to‑day coordination across talent acquisition, onboarding and people initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for UK hires, including job postings, CV review, interview scheduling, candidate communications and feedback collection.
- Develop and maintain graduate, campus and early‑career pipelines, building university relationships and coordinating information sessions and networking events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external recruiting agencies and assist with international hiring across EMEA and APAC offices.
- Coordinate induction logistics for new joiners, ensuring consistent orientation, training sessions and introductory meetings across offices.
- Assist with UK immigration and global mobility activities, such as sponsor licence administration, visa coordination and international relocations.
- Maintain UK HR policies, contracts and employee documentation, applying updates in line with legislative changes.
- Support talent development processes, including performance reviews, talent discussions, compensation cycles and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Help organise people‑and‑culture programmes like buddy schemes, Lunch & Learns, exchange programmes and employee engagement surveys.
- Provide day‑to‑day employee‑relations support to UK leadership under senior guidance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or a related function.
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition, UK employment law, learning & development, international hiring and UK immigration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn with strong attention to detail.
