Join the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as an HR Generalist and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. This is a dynamic opportunity to manage the full employee lifecycle while providing high-quality HR support across diverse departments, including local council and schools.

Missions principales

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and off-boarding processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies and hiring managers to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
  • Provide expert, client-oriented HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on sensitive matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Contribute to strategic organizational development projects, including training, job evaluation, and payroll support for the council and educational institutions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in a comprehensive HR role (recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll).
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional advice to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Local Government is highly desirable.

Competences requises

  • Proficiency in iTrent HRIS (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
