HR & Learning & Development Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive HR & Learning & Development Assistant to support our HR and L&D teams in a fast‑moving professional services environment. You will handle day‑to‑day administration, onboarding, reporting and training coordination, with the role gradually shifting towards a stronger focus on learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Manage HR administration and maintain employee records.
• Produce HR reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Coordinate training sessions, inductions and manage training calendars.
• Track attendance, collect feedback and support the Learning Management System.
• Assist with internal HR and training communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
