HR Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruiter (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our HR Recruitment team in Manchester. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of HR positions, from generalist roles to L&D, Talent, Reward & Benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by generating leads and converting them into live vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple industries.
• Source, head‑hunt and interview candidates, managing them through the entire process.
• Collaborate internally to cross‑sell services and support other recruitment teams.
• Maintain and update the candidate and client database.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a 360 agency recruiter (any sector).
• Proven ability in business development and winning new clients.
• Strong candidate and client management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to conduct head‑hunting and networking activities.
• Database management proficiency.
