IFA Administrator – Financial Services Administration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our busy client‑servicing team. You will support advisers with life, pensions and investment administration, ensuring that new and ongoing business is processed efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage authority documentation.
• Prepare and submit new business applications, including AML checks.
• Maintain accurate client and compliance records in internal systems.
• Liaise with providers and keep advisers updated on progress.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and other support staff within the admin team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IFA or financial‑planning administration role.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
• High level of accuracy when handling client and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work within a structured, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Financial services back office systems.

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
