IFA Administrator – Wealth Management (Entry Level Considered)

About the role

Our client is an established independent financial adviser (IFA) firm based in Sevenoaks. They are seeking an IFA Administrator to support a successful adviser and work within a sales‑support team. The role is open to candidates with solid financial services administration experience, but the firm will also consider applicants with basic FS knowledge and provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the IFA and the sales team.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process financial documentation and reports.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, client communications, and follow‑ups.
• Support junior paraplanners with data entry and document management.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration or a related role (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a wealth‑management setting.
