IFA Administrator – Wealth Management (Hybrid, up to £32k)

As an IFA Administrator you will work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, delivering a seamless client experience from enquiry through to implementation and ongoing reviews. This fast‑paced position offers exposure to all aspects of financial planning and the chance to build a long‑term career within a supportive, ambitious firm.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client documentation, valuations and annual review packs.
• Manage Letters of Authority and obtain policy information from providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and update back‑office systems.
• Monitor business pipelines and keep advisers and clients informed throughout the advice process.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to ensure efficient progress of applications.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to build a successful career in Wealth Management.
