Implementation Consultant - French Speaking

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant you will join a skilled team that designs, develops, deploys and supports client onboarding for Momentus Technologies. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to demonstrate platform value and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups, progress meetings and document business requirements.
• Follow Best Practices Playbooks to deliver smooth implementations and support clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services resources.
• Design and deliver stakeholder training on system configuration and end‑user training.
• Handle basic project‑management tasks such as creating onsite agendas, tracking task lists and escalating issues to keep projects within scope and timeline.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS or software implementation.
• 2+ years experience as a billable Implementation Consultant.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
