Independent Financial Adviser – Hove (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time Independent Financial Adviser position is based in Hove, supporting a multi‑branch IFA firm operating across Sussex and the South East. You will work from the office, providing phone and video advice to both existing and newly acquired clients, with all leads supplied by the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional financial advice to clients via phone and video calls.
• Manage and grow an existing client base while nurturing new relationships.
• Follow the firm’s compliance and advisory processes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Participate in training and attain competency to work one day per week from home.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong communication skills for phone and video consultations.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9‑5, in an office environment.
