Independent Financial Adviser – Remote (Home Based)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Independent Financial Advisers to join a well‑established financial planning firm that has operated for nearly 15 years. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while delivering holistic advice to personal and corporate clients via video, phone or occasional face‑to‑face meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and provide tailored advice to pre‑qualified clients.
• Deliver advice sessions through video conferencing, telephone, or in‑person when required.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the firm’s paraplanning and administration teams to streamline client service.
• Meet or exceed OTE targets through high‑quality client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Diploma in Financial Planning or related qualification.
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, Planner or Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong client‑focused mindset with a drive to achieve ambitious earnings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
