Inside Sales Consultant – B2B Technology Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients, educate them on our technology‑based product range and drive revenue through retention, upgrades and new sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing business customers to understand needs and promote relevant solutions.
• Advise clients on product upgrades, additional offerings and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger opportunities and win‑back campaigns.
• Generate new business from warm leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed reasonable sales targets to increase earnings.

• Proven sales experience in any industry.
• Ambitious, outgoing and confident communicator.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work well within a team.
