Sales Executive – Commercial Events & Media

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious B2B sales professional to join a market‑leading commercial events business. You will own an established territory, nurture existing client relationships and generate new business across exhibitions, sponsorship and media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts within an assigned sales territory.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process and meet individual revenue targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial events or media.
• Experience generating business through outbound sales activity.
• Confidence speaking with senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work to structured sales targets and manage a pipeline.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £30,000‑£32,500 per year.
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60,000+.
