About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process London Market insurance underwriting data in line with established procedures.
• Analyse technical underwriting information and supporting documentation.
• Calculate premiums, limits, deductions and other technical transactions.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting service level agreements and performance targets.
• Build professional relationships with client contacts and stakeholders.
• Support multiple client accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to work.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 6‑9) including maths and English.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of the insurance market, practices and regulations.
• Experience interpreting insurance documentation and data.
• Exposure to underwriting administration or insurance operations.
