Integrated Project Planner

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Project Planner to support major programmes and growth projects delivering new strategic work and services within Secure Communications (SC) UK.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and deliver top‑level and lower‑level schedules, including Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules.
• Analyse project costs versus forward load, track resources and support the Project Manager with payment milestone and risk analysis tracking.
• Manage change control processes, including waivers and deviations.
• Consolidate management data, provide recommendations and produce monthly and quarterly project reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain standardised templates for schedules and reporting, and provide project administration support to the Project Manager and team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of planning best practices such as logic linking, resource scheduling, critical path analysis and work breakdown structures.
• Understanding of stage‑gate planning, contingency planning and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in using MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional.
