Interim Business Analyst

About the role
This is a six‑month interim position for a Business Analyst based on the outskirts of central Birmingham. You will build and maintain profitability reports, analyse multiple revenue streams and work closely with operational teams to support strategic targets during a period of expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse profitability across various business streams and produce actionable insights.
- Maintain and update profitability reporting dashboards.
- Provide timely information to operational departments to aid decision‑making.
- Support the CFO in preparing the monthly board pack, translating complex data into clear narratives.
Required profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful management information.
- Strong Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
- Collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a private‑equity or investor‑backed environment.

What we offer
- Day rate of £350‑£450, outside IR35.
- Fixed‑term contract of at least six months.
