Interim Credit Control Manager

About the role

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Interim Credit Control Manager to support a well‑established business during a period of change and process improvement. This hands‑on assignment will involve taking ownership of the day‑to‑day credit function, handling escalations and contributing to the review and enhancement of existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily credit operations, including collections and aged debt management.
• Support and resolve credit‑related escalations promptly.
• Review current credit processes and implement improvements across the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Collaborate with international teams where required.
• Provide structured reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong B2B credit background with proven experience leading a credit function.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements.
• Immediate availability or short‑notice start.
• CICM accreditation highly desirable; experienced QBE candidates also considered.
