Interim Credit Manager

About the role

Our client, an international professional services firm based in Birmingham city centre, is looking for an Interim Credit Manager to lead a sub‑section of their credit team on a temporary basis. The role combines direct client interaction, reporting responsibilities and support for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sub‑section of the credit team.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients to assess credit risk.
• Prepare and deliver regular credit reports.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on multi‑entity credit structures.
• Support the rollout of new credit systems and processes.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience managing a credit team within a professional services environment.
• Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence in a professional setting.
• Immediately available to start.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel.
