Interim Global HR Manager

About the role

We are a London‑based global environmental charity seeking an experienced Interim Global HR Manager for an initial six‑month assignment. The position is fully remote and will support the organisation’s day‑to‑day HR operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global HR business‑as‑usual activities across all regions.
• Oversee global payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Drive international recruitment initiatives and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Handle employee‑relations cases, including investigations and dispute resolution.
• Line‑manage a dedicated HR Coordinator and provide guidance to the wider HR team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a global HR role covering payroll, recruitment and employee‑relations case management.
• Ability to start on short notice and work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong initiative, proactive mindset and curiosity about continuous improvement.
