Interim Group Reporting Financial Accountant

About the role

This interim position supports a large international leisure, entertainment and hospitality group during a critical reporting period. You will work within the Group Finance function to deliver accurate external and statutory financial reports across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports.
• Lead and support the consolidation process for a multi‑entity group.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and external reporting deliverables.
• Support year‑end and interim reporting cycles.
• Liaise with finance teams across the group to guarantee timely and accurate data.
• Provide information to external auditors as required.
• Review and improve reporting processes and internal controls.
• Offer technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA preferred; ACCA or equivalent acceptable).
• Strong experience in group reporting, financial consolidations and technical accounting.
• Proven track record in large, complex, multi‑entity organisations, preferably listed or multinational.
• Background in a Big Four or Top 10 accountancy practice is advantageous.
