Interim Recruitment Advisor – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established organisation in the West Midlands, is looking for an Interim Recruitment Advisor on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. The role will support an in‑house talent function during a busy hiring period, working in a hybrid model from Birmingham.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage agency relationships and monitor recruitment costs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment data and deliver regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Guarantee compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment advisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Available to start on short notice.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £35,000 and £43,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working arrangement based in Birmingham.
• Three‑month fixed‑term contract with immediate start.
