Internal Corporate Account Executive

About the role

The Internal Corporate Account Executive will support the sales team and manage existing client accounts for a retail business based in Manchester. This position ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, client satisfaction and contributes to overall company performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing client accounts to maximise retention and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and sales forecast assistance.
• Respond promptly to client queries, resolve issues and coordinate with internal departments for efficient service delivery.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and support new client onboarding.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and account details.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in account management or a similar role within the retail sector.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
