About the role

Join a fast‑growing accident management company in Birmingham Business Park as an Interventions Claims Handler. Working hybrid, you will support the third‑party claims journey from initial capture through to settlement, helping to protect the company’s financial exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to capture third‑party claims and meet commercial targets.
• Assess third‑party needs, follow processes to minimise capture costs.
• Handle post‑capture claim work, mitigating spend and flagging potential fraud or exaggeration.
• Review claim processes, suggest improvements and identify leakage.
• Provide technical support for escalated intervention claims and liability referrals.
• Ensure accurate claim reservation and maintain portfolio financial accuracy.
