Inventory Operator Level 1 – Red & White Shifts

About the role

Join the Mountpark Packaging site as an Inventory Operator Level 1, working the Red & White shift (7 pm to 7 am, 4 on 4 off). This internal‑only position offers a hands‑on introduction to inventory processes in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned inventory tasks following company procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain health and safety standards, including safe use of machinery, lift trucks and manual handling equipment.
• Suggest small continuous‑improvement ideas within your work area.
• Apply inventory management systems accurately in a defined zone.
• Assist in issue investigation and communicate relevant information to team leaders.
• Perform basic processes such as picking, packstation scanning, pre‑sort, machine over‑labelling, receiving, put‑away, replenishment, re‑work assistance and cycle counting.

Required profile

• Strong learning ability and willingness to follow guidance.
• Team player with good social skills.
• Respect for safety rules and company code of conduct.
• Good standard of English and maths.

Required skills

• Lift truck operation.
