Investment Compliance Analyst and Paralegal Positions

About the role

Carta Law, the largest AI‑native law firm for private capital, is expanding its legal team. We are hiring Investment Compliance Analysts, Document Review Paralegals and Funds Paralegals to work alongside AI agents on high‑volume investor onboarding, KYC and transaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Investment Compliance Analyst: review counter‑party documents, flag political exposure, map corporate structures, identify ultimate beneficial owners and draft risk memos.
• Document Review Paralegal: manage NDAs, non‑reliance and engagement letters, track document lifecycles, produce first‑round mark‑ups and liaise with counterparties.
• Funds Paralegal: draft transfer, consent and subscription agreements, coordinate with transfer parties, review comments and oversee execution workflow.

Required profile

• Undergraduate law degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Motivation to develop commercial awareness and legal expertise.
