About the role
Too Good To Go is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its UK team in London. You will be the primary owner of the company’s core SaaS stack and provide first‑line support for hardware, software and security incidents across a global business.
Key responsibilities
- Administer core SaaS tools (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, YouTrack) and manage departmental tooling.
- Enforce strict access governance and the principle of least privilege across all systems.
- Respond to support tickets, diagnose hardware/software issues, and coordinate incident response for outages or security events.
- Manage endpoint protection with SentinelOne, ensuring full deployment on macOS and Windows devices and triaging alerts.
- Execute secure onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, provisioning and revoking access with zero‑gap precision.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date hardware inventory and enforce a “no‑BYOD” policy.
- Support strategic projects such as cross‑platform migrations and SSO integration enhancements.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with system administration of SaaS platforms.
- Ability to manage access controls and respond to security incidents.
