Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Join a globally recognised consulting and financial advisory firm as an Italian Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst. Based in Central London with a hybrid schedule, you will support the finance team by processing supplier invoices and ensuring compliance with Italian VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process, review and verify supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies and Italian VAT requirements.
• Use the Concur system to review invoices and expenses, ensuring correct coding, cost allocation and tax treatment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain invoice approvals in line with delegation of authority procedures.
• Respond promptly to supplier queries, resolving invoice, payment and account discrepancies.
• Investigate invoice and payment histories to resolve issues and maintain organized electronic records for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable process.
• Support additional finance projects and responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of Italian VAT regulations.

Required skills

• Concur expense management system.
