About the role

We are looking for a fluent Italian‑speaking Dispatcher to manage our airport shuttle and taxi services. The role involves real‑time coordination, handling bookings, and ensuring smooth journeys for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process bookings for shuttles and taxis through dispatch software, web portals, email and phone.
• Coordinate with drivers to guarantee timely pickups, drop‑offs and optimal routing.
• Monitor live trips, manage delays, and adjust schedules according to flight changes.
• Maintain accurate booking records and dispatch logs.
• Provide professional customer support in Italian.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Italian.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in dispatch, taxi operations or call‑center environments is a plus.
