About the role

Join a well‑established volume IVA business in Manchester as an Insolvency Practitioner. You will manage a high‑volume portfolio of Individual Voluntary Arrangements, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering strong outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the named Insolvency Practitioner on a portfolio of IVA cases.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of each case, from proposal preparation to final closure.
• Ensure all work complies with insolvency legislation and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance to case administrators and support staff.
• Review and sign off key documentation, including proposals and reports.
• Liaise with creditors, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
• Monitor team performance and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential).
• Extensive experience in the volume IVA market.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume caseload.
• Deep knowledge of insolvency legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results.
