About the role

We are building the Midlands’ next major tax hub and are looking for talented tax professionals to join our growing Tax Talent Community at KPMG Birmingham. The role offers high visibility, real ownership and the chance to influence a fast‑expanding regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and review corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements for regional and national clients.
• Provide private client and family office tax advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Collaborate across KPMG’s nationwide tax community, gaining exposure to multiple service lines.
• Utilise KPMG’s data tools, automation and AI to produce efficient, insight‑driven tax solutions.

Required profile

• A current or pending UK tax/accounting qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CIOT).
• Strong commercial experience with analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Motivation to grow in a high‑visibility regional environment and a team‑first mindset.
