Joiner – Skilled Carpentry for Domestic Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Joiner to deliver high‑quality joinery work on domestic properties across London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for new installations, repairs and maintenance, ensuring every job meets our strict standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out joinery tasks on new builds and existing homes, following specifications and reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to meet deadlines while maintaining cost‑efficiency.
• Protect customers' homes and belongings, and organise your daily schedule with your supervisor.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to provide excellent service.
• Support key performance indicators, complete required documentation and uphold health & safety policies.
• Supervise or train apprentices when required.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in joinery/carpentry, or demonstrable experience through time‑served employment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and high‑quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and use software‑based systems after training.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
