Junior Customer Service Representative – Pension Support

About the role

Wipro Financial Outsourcing Services Ltd is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and beneficiaries of workplace pension schemes. You will provide clear, empathetic assistance on pension‑related queries, helping customers navigate their accounts and understand their retirement options.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on pension plans, contributions, withdrawals and retirement options.
• Guide customers through the online pension portal, assisting with account setup and usage.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and keep customer profiles up‑to‑date.
• Stay informed of changes in pension regulations and company policies.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Empathetic, patient and able to handle inquiries professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using customer service software and databases.
