Junior Digital Analyst – Ecommerce Data Role

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to join a fast‑growing retail organisation with a strong online presence. In this hybrid role you will turn web and customer data into actionable commercial insights that drive ecommerce performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into analytical projects and data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyse web, customer and commercial data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and self‑service analytics solutions using BI tools.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and wider business teams to ensure insights are embedded in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience working with BigQuery and SQL.
• Proven track record analysing ecommerce or digital performance data.
• Solid understanding of analytical methodologies, ETL processes and data automation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
