Junior Manager, Econometrician

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing data science function in a global media and marketing analytics business. As a Junior Manager, Econometrician you will lead end‑to‑end Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects for high‑profile clients, combining hands‑on technical work with strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle MMM projects using frameworks such as Meridian, Robyn or PyMC.
• Manage data preparation, model development, validation and scenario analysis.
• Interpret model outputs and translate them into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to support media planning, strategy and performance optimisation.
• Balance multiple live projects while maintaining high technical standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of data‑science best practices within the team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience building MMM models from scratch.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with open‑source MMM tools (Meridian, Robyn, PyMC).
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling techniques, especially Bayesian approaches.
• Proven ability to deliver analytical work in a client‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex results to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in marketing analytics, attribution or media effectiveness is a plus.
