Join Glassworks, an independent fashion brand based in London since 2010, for an exciting opportunity to shape our brand voice. As a Junior Marketing & PR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting the Head of Marketing & PR in delivering high-impact communications.

Missions principales

• CRM & Email Marketing: Create and plan weekly email communications, VIP sends, flexible campaigns, and SMS messaging.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and manage community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• PR & Influencer Relations: Support press relations activities and manage influencer tracking and outreach.
• Content Creation: Write engaging marketing copy for emails, social media captions, website updates, and in-store assets.
• Project Coordination: Manage the marketing calendar via Asana and coordinate creative assets between internal teams and external vendors.
• Event Support: Assist in campaign activations and event logistics, including supplier briefing and asset coordination.

Profil recherché

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally within e-commerce or a consumer-facing brand.
• A proactive, organized, and dynamic individual with a strong sense of ownership.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the Glassworks brand identity.
• Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience is a strong plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Ability to coordinate creative workflows effectively.
