Junior Paraplanner

About the role

This is an entry‑level position within a growing financial planning firm. You will support advisers by producing high‑quality research, analysis and client documentation while developing your technical knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, compliant suitability reports and client documentation.
• Conduct technical research and support advisers with recommendations.
• Gather and analyse client information.
• Liaise regularly with advisers and provide case updates.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
• Assist with wider administrative and client‑servicing activities as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services administration or support.
• Working towards a Level 4 Diploma with at least two exams completed.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills and familiarity with back‑office systems.
