Junior Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Producer to join our Creative team at Trinny London. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will support the planning and execution of photography and video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination between creative, marketing and production stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in producing all photography and video shoots and attend on‑set.
• Welcome models, direct them to wardrobe, MUAs and hair stylists.
• Manage and track running orders, capture schedules and ensure all assets are in place.
• Coordinate shoot kits, props, colourama and equipment.
• Maintain budgets, run orders and handle bookings.
• Provide safety, privacy and NDA documentation for ethical productions.
• Support in‑house workflow maintenance, including file structure and naming conventions.
