Junior to Mid-Level Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role

Join a dynamic engineering team at Radius and play a key role in building high-performance digital web platforms. As a Junior to Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from crafting responsive user interfaces to building scalable backend APIs in a modern, collaborative environment.

Main Missions

• Develop and maintain dynamic web platforms and scalable backend APIs.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to create highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support seamless data integration.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full software stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in frontend development with Next.js.
• Solid experience in backend development using Laravel.
• Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Ability to work effectively within an agile team environment.
