Key Account Manager

About the role

Hayley Dexis is seeking a commercially focused Key Account Manager to strengthen Hayley Rail’s presence within the UK rail sector, developing relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders while supporting longer‑term strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the customer base and grow revenue while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and position Hayley Rail as a trusted partner in the UK rail sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development within the rail or industrial MRO space.
• Strong understanding of the UK rail industry and its supply chain.
• Ability to build and influence relationships at all levels.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
