Key Holder – 16‑hour Contract

About the role

As a Key Holder for Levi Strauss & Co. at Clarks Village, you will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi’s® brand. Working 16 hours per week on a contract basis, you will ensure smooth store operations, especially during opening and closing when managers are absent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, helping the team meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
