Keyholder (12‑hr) – Retail Team Leader

About the role

As a Keyholder you will be the frontline ambassador for Levi’s, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when managers are absent. You will lead by example, support the wider team and help deliver the brand experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide the styling team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
