About the role

Working in Philips Personal Health, you will lead the UKI Category Management and Shopper Marketing teams, shaping commercial direction and driving growth across diverse product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the UKI Category Management and Shopper Marketing teams across diverse product portfolios, setting priorities and building capabilities.
• Develops and implements omnichannel category, trade and shopper marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Analyzes UKI sales data, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver recommendations.
• Supports Account Managers and retail partners in executing category growth plans and optimizing budget utilization.
• Creates compelling category and shopper growth stories to influence retailer decision‑making and joint business planning.
• Directs the development of trade marketing collateral while ensuring brand compliance and regulatory standards.
• Applies data‑centric approaches to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Champions shopper‑centric activation plans that improve visibility, conversion and category growth.
• Drives execution excellence across physical and digital retail environments.
• Evaluates performance of category and shopper initiatives and provides actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing or related commercial strategy roles.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑first mindset.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into growth plans.
• Digital savvy and ability to work in an agile, hybrid environment.
