About the role
We are partnering with a high‑achieving primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a permanent, full‑time contract within a supportive and ambitious learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
- Collaborate with the KS2 team and senior leadership to contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
- Participate in extracurricular and enrichment activities that enhance pupils’ academic and personal growth.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage motivated, well‑behaved students.
- Enthusiastic, nurturing and creative approach to teaching.
Required skills
- Effective classroom management techniques.
- Ability to design differentiated lessons.
- Strong subject knowledge across KS2 subjects.
