Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Quality Cloud

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior, self‑motivated Lead Consultant to join its Professional Services team. You will lead a key enterprise customer through the implementation and ongoing operation of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite, acting as the primary liaison and champion for best‑practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations and implementation of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite for a global enterprise customer.
• Manage a multi‑year, multi‑phased program, overseeing resource planning, team leadership, project tracking and forecasting.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, coordinating communication between the project team, the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management and develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps based on requirements and new product features.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting or product management with a proven record of leading large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to assemble, plan, resource and budget project teams and to design effective governance models.
• Strong technical affinity, excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU and willingness to travel 25‑50%.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS solutions and GxP principles.
• Familiarity with eContent management systems such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, MasterControl, EtQ, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and related certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ACP).
