Lead Full Stack Developer (Principal Consultant) – London

About the role

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead end‑to‑end engagements, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You will guide teams through solution design, development, and deployment while acting as a trusted advisor on architecture and design reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle from business process consulting to solution delivery.
• Define problems, discover overall solutions, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Provide thought‑leadership on architecture, design, and technology choices.
• Lead client‑facing initiatives, including training and capability building.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical implementation with business objectives.
