Learning Architect – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Architect to join a leading technology company and help customers across EMEA unlock the full potential of their enterprise solutions. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, designing strategic learning journeys that accelerate adoption, drive value and support long‑term renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on enterprise learning strategies that speed adoption and maximize solution value.
• Conduct needs analysis, assess user roles, workflows and skill gaps to create role‑based training plans.
• Design and recommend blended learning solutions, including instructor‑led training, on‑demand content and certifications.
• Serve as primary advisor for key accounts, aligning learning plans with implementation milestones and use‑case execution.
• Use data‑driven insights to monitor readiness, satisfaction and renewal readiness, and intervene timely.

Required profile

• Visionary mindset with a focus on customer success and product adoption.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor and delivering strategic learning solutions.
• Ability to translate business goals into prescriptive, role‑based training programs.
