Learning Disabilities Support Worker

About the role

Join Cygnet Elms as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker, providing high‑dependency, complex care for ten women with learning disabilities and associated needs. You will work 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends, helping service users progress towards more independent living.

Key responsibilities

• Offer enhanced, flexible care tailored to each individual's learning needs.
• Provide physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement.
• Assess and respond to specific needs, delivering appropriate assistance.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements and report as needed.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a clean, safe environment.
