About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support and lead small group interventions for pupils from EYFS to KS2.
- Assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) within the classroom setting.
- Work alongside teachers and parents to enhance learning and progress.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children; SEN background desirable.
- Genuine passion for supporting pupil development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible, positive approach to challenges.
