Legal Compliance Manager – Financial Crime (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Join a large non‑profit organisation as a Legal Compliance Manager focused on financial crime. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with the wider Legal team to support strategic compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to an inclusive culture.
• Support the Legal Compliance team’s strategic priorities and operational objectives.
• Identify, manage and oversee key compliance risks.
• Lead and coordinate projects such as conflicts of interest, policy governance, whistleblowing investigations and financial‑crime risk reporting.
• Advise stakeholders on risk assessments, policy development, procedures, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Enhance the internal control framework and risk‑management practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Compliance Manager role.
• Experience in financial‑crime compliance.
• Law degree is advantageous.
• Project‑management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hard‑working, ambitious and able to work independently.
